Finding Talent

I was wondering how you guys find and search for players?
What filters do you use?
Do you use the potential ability filter?

I would like to know how YOU find your talent..

i suppose potential ability and potential rating is what you need. probably potential rating more than PA.

How do you find talent for lower leagues, as most of the high PA rating players will shy away from your club.
