Isn't that ridiculous? Training Liverpool in my sixth, concentrating on youth recruitment & signing, so I have a couple of high profile talents (18-19, ca. 166-186 PA)
and ca. 130-45 CA of French nationality (basically half U21 French team) that I know want to give first-team football..
Recently determined a new feeder club Girondins Bordeaux (League 1, currently 13th in table, but high reputation & training facilities) and French, none of those players agree, they dismiss the offers when I send them there (also players of other nationality)
Is it still an old bug (read in an old post) - If so it is utterly annoying (Get red of it! Sh!) - or what else could it be?

(Already tried private chat ("play in the reserves", "warn transfer list" (behaviour) etc.)
