Bridging the Gap

I'm in 2016 now with Bristol City, after achieving promotion to the Premiership along with a couple of domestic trophies, we're doing okay.

However for the past 3 seasons now i've been unable break into the top 6 by finishing 7th in each. We have a strong side of whom I feel are more than capable of doing so, but for the life of me I just cannot get the team to finish higher.

Just hoping to see if anyone had some small tips, tweeks or ideas they could chip in with to give us a hand?

i also started with a npower championship team and won the premiere league.my main objective was to win all matches except the big five(arsenal liverpool chelsea n man city).Against the big five i played 4-1-2-1-2 formation with counter attacking enabled.As i had a good defence i sneaked a couple of 1-0s over them.Also listen to your assistant manager advice(its damn useful).
