Genie Scout 12g fails when viewing hitstory data

I recently payed a (long overdue) donation and got access to the full version of FM Genie Scout 12g, that is v1.00 beta 4 build 204. Unfortunatly it fails whenever I try to access history data for a player.

As long as no history points are saved, all is fine, but if I save a history point with Ctrl-R and then doubleclick on a player to view his details and click on the + beforor "History" in the right side selection list, I get an error message saying "Access violation at address 0085C863 in module 'FMGenieScout.exe'. Read of address 00000068.

I take it this is a bug? Is there away around it, or do I have to use the free version to view the history until there's a fix? Anyone?

Unfortunately this bug has been posted already (see a couple of posts down) but has not been acknowledged or a work-around has been provided.

I'm working on this error right now, and it'll be fixed in the final version.
