F.C. Barcelona tactic (4-5-1) help?

Hey everyone i have just started a game with Barcelona and i have been trying to figure out the tactic but i have problems to make a very effective and good tactic matching to the "Real" Barcelona team play???

I know that i want to play as following:

GK
Right fullback
CB
CB
Left fullback
Defensive midfielder
Midfielder
Midfielder
Amr (inside forward)
Aml (winger)
SC

Please can someone give links, help, feedbacks and whatever to help me complete a good tactic????

But it's a must that i want the formation to be 4-5-1 and not so the formations looks weird (excample: right side is free, no player spot.) i hope you understand.

yeah i understand

to it as close as u can to barcas tactic . make sure all the players have short passing , hold up ball ( this gives other players more time to get into open spaces ) , no long shots , overlapping fullbacks .
