Player Career Plans

I recently signed Moussa Sow for my Everton Team.
I've just noticed that under his career plans, it states that he has a preference to play for Arsenal and a preference to play in the English Premier League.
I hadn't noticed this before. Most players just have short term plans and manager promises.

Thought it might be interesting to post all player career plans here. Its the kind of thing that you might miss in game. Why does he want to play for Arsenal anyway?

interesting, i'm in my 2nd season as middlesbrough, i've won the championship and i've signed rene adler, the gk, for a free. in his career plans e wants to play for man utd, but he turned down various offers just to be working for me.
