Starting from the 5th loading, the program freezes for about a minute and then loads normally. It always freezes while 'Calculating Current Wage Budgets'. This problem used to happen even with Genie Scout 2011. I am using Windows XP, a friend of mine also has this same problem, he uses Windows 7. A hope that this problem can be fixed, as it's really annoying, having to open the program several times, since I can only load it 4x without any problems.
