Firstly, let me apologise if this topic has already been addressed, I haven't found a solution yet anywhere, though.
Secondly, I believe that there is a problem with the U19 team policy (in Spain). I've been in charge of F.C. Barcelona for three years now and I'm starting to focus more on my U19 squad. Unfortunately, except from switching coaches, I can't seem to alter anything in my youth squad. I know that the whole system has changed since FM2011 (you can't change the formation, tactics, etc. anymore, unless you "control" the squad), but that's what the team policy options are for, right? Wrong, I can't force the U19 to use my first team tactics (they always use a standard 4-4-2 formation) and neither can I control the team. I've read about people having the same complaints, but I can't seem to find a solution anywhere.
