Both my starting central midfielders were unavaiable (Wizzle suspended, Strong injured) So Nepal and Andrews were given a chance to impress me. I made a couple of other changes as well due to poor performance in the previous match

Match report

A third minute goal from Giovanni-Ji (Pierres Nazlo assisted) started the scoring, Vauxhall Motors werent behind for long though with a 14th minute goal bringing the tie level. A 38th minute header from Andrews (Becech assisted) made it 2-1 and was all that seperated the teams at HT.
Nepal and Elric had to make way due to fatigue. Harris and McEwan took their places.
Agrela made way for Halsall on the hour.
A defensive error in the 62nd minute allowed Beech to score from close range.
A drilled cross from Halsall set-up Marsden to slide home on 68 minutes.
Vauxhall managed to pull one back in the 89th minute but it was too little, too late.

I'm happy to come off the bench and create another goal! xD

Lady luck seems to be spending her time in places other then Bishops Strotford at the minute.
I honestly don't know how we didn't win that match. I have nothing more to say about it. I'm going to lock myself in my office and refuse to take any phone-calls

We're now 15th in the league after shipping 17 goals in 10 games. Our goal difference is +4 though, and 2nd placed Corby's is +5. That's the game of football we love though! Hopefully the tea, will start to pick up a few good results and go on a good run and push us up the table where we belong

Meeting with Stam

Stam came to my office first thing the following morning.
"Boss, you were right, we've done a survey amongst the players and there seems to be a worrying lack of cohesion amongst the players. We need to get them to gel, and fast!"

Match report

A 6th minute goal from Giovanni-ji was all it took to seperate the two teams today. The goal was created from a through ball from Marsden. It's not about how you win, it's about getting the win
