Buy these guys: Hamsik(21-28 mil, just pay like 10 mil and pay the rest over 48 months), Lorenzo Crisetig (800-850k, tutor him and play him, don't loan him) Myambe Niang(6.75m, I think you should tutor not loan because I think that loaning doesn't really improve the players much, for example Crisetig was on loan in FC Twente for 7 months as first choice CM but learned more in 1 month after his loan was cut), Yaya Sanogo(8-10mil, great scorer), Iker Muniain(20-28mil)this guy plays like Hernandez in Poacher role, he is also a good left inside forward/winger and he plays well in big games).
You should Tutor Fabio with Evra and Vidic, with Evra his overall FB stats increase and learns good style of play, Vidic can improve his mental and defensive stats, in about2-3 seasons if you play him a lot he surpasses Evra and becomes first choice LB for Brazil national squad although at his point teams like Barcelona, Bayern and Paris Saint Germany will be after him and he would want to improve his contract at least twice per year so be careful. This happened to me in my second season and I was lucky to keep his basic wage and game onus total below 45k.

Ok thanks i acctually did'nt know about that

Actually it's just a theory, I'm having troubles when using my 4-4-2 formation not deffensively but offensively, the opponent seem to mark the right players or moved around their defence. So recently I've been trying 4-3-3 when the opponent's wingers are weak and 4-5-1 when their midfield is strong. I still use 4-4-2 but just not as often, mostly on average teams like Villa, Everton, Newcastle etc. BTW wheres the training schedules I asked?
