First of all, thank you to the FM Scout users who contributed to this project. For those of you who don't know what this is, it's an editor project that I've been working on recently where FM Scout users create a player for me to plug into the game, and I finally have enough players -- 32 -- and enough staff -- 9 -- to create a manager story (many of which I created). I will update every game month to show progress. Now to the team.

AQC Quiltenham United: A Background

Founded in 2011, AQC Quiltenham United are a professional English club currently playing in the Blue Square Bet South. The club play their home games at Benjy Yif Park and possess good training facilities and adequate youth facilities. The club also has above average junior coaching and an established youth recruitment network. The club is affectionately known as Blues and retains a fierce rivalry with FM Scout.

With no real competition history of note, The Blues are a club with a trophy cabinet waiting to be filled.

Player Evaluation

Looking at the team, I'm confident that AQC Quiltenham can win promotion (even with a media prediction of 22nd) and possibly play their rivals, FM Scout, next season. There is a particular strength at right-back and strker, with 3 players each that have a CA of 3 1/2 stars. One particular weakness I see is at goalkeeper (who I would improve on if I could sign players).

Staff Evaluation

Good here, except that I have an awful physio with a physiotherapy rating of 2.

Finances

Not too worried here, even with a loan debt of 1.2 million pounds (and a total value of 3.2 million pounds), as I won't be buying players (unless they're regens). All the spending would be the board's decision (aside from normal club costs).

Stadium and Facilities

A 5,500 capacity stadium with 5,000 seats. This should be a place where young players thrive in the future.

Overall Satisfaction

Great, for a club this size.

I'm not impressed with pre-season, even though AQC Quiltenham scored 25 goals and conceded only one in 6 matches. I believe that they could have done a lot better against teams from at highest the eighth tier.

An excellent start to the league season, apart from the two losses. These games stood out with the two 5-0 routs of the opposition featuring a player scoring 4 goals, Alan Strong and Eugene Tarabanovsky respectively. This newsletter doesn't even begin to sum up Tarabanovsky's amazing performances:

I didn't even come third in the Manager of the Month, though:

Good to see my player, Clinton Hurst, came third in player of the month! Hope he's playing well, could I ask for a pic of his stats? Looking forward to future installments.

The wins here weren't as spectacular as August, but at least they were all wins. No player scored more than one goal for my team in the five matches, but good performances from Kane Halsall, Trevor Cornwall, Jacob Freeman and Denzil Waller continued, the former two finishing 2nd and 3rd in the player of the month respectively:

Still didn't win Manager of the Month, finishing second:
