Downloaded Tactics

First of all I assume there is a dedicated thread to this somewhere on the site but I am unable to find it so I apologise for my incompetence!

I have downloaded a user-created tactic from this site and am wondering how to put it into the game.

"\Documents\Sports Interactive\Football Manager 2012\tactics"

you put the ".tac" files there, then load them in the game. simple as that.

After downloading the file, put it in this directory Documents\Sports Interactive\Football Manager 2012\tactics. Open FM12 then go to tactics, click options below "familiarity", then choose manage tactics. Select the downloaded file to be imported then press okay. You then have to press the tactic dropdown menu above "familiarity" then pick the imported tactic. Voila! The tactic will then be applied!
