Need help with fm 12 editor!

I changed all the details of woking in blue square south and saved it but i couldnt manage to find the database when i was starting a new game. So what i am wondering is, is there a detailed explanation on how to edit a club and put the database in to a new game?

Save it as a different database and when you start a new game the database will be in a drop down menu
