I took over as manager of Birmingham and first season in charge got them promoted back into the Premier League, kept them hanging in there for four more seasons until finally getting them to finish 7th. I now have them 2 points clear at 4th with six games remaining in the 2017-18 season.
The tactic I have used is quite particular, and the fact I have picked up some nicent talent along the way may also contribute, but I have managed to tumble big opposition (sometimes by fairly big margins). Juventus, Man U, Man City, Liverpool, Tottenham, Arsenal, all teams I beat regularly now since starting to use this tactic.
In this season alone I had a 4-0 FA Cup vicotory over Chelsea, a 3-0 trashing of Juventus in a friendly match, 3-1 against Liverpool, 3-0 against Man City and a 2-1 victory over Man United. Seems the real deal.

Workload: High
Additional Focus Area: Defensive Positioning
Philosophy: Rigid
Strategy: Attacking
Passing style: Shorter (direct if weather is bad)
Marking: Zonal
Crossing: Drill
Roaming: Stick
Touchline Instructions:
Get the ball forward
Pass into space
Play narrower
I also find if you're getting dominated it can be a good idea to take a DC and put him at MC to get more flow through the midfield. Make sure you have a good attacking midfielder to give good delivery to your striker.
This tactic has worked treats for me and I'm curious to see if it works wonders for anyone else.
