A brief overview of my first season in charge
Overall last season was an eventful and interesting season to say the least. I managed to finish as runners up in the Liga BBVA which was rather dissapointing. I managed to gain a comfortable runners up position however and i was someway off of defeating the mighty Barcelona.![]()
With some of my more experienced and gifted players within the squads raking in goals and assists especially Cristiano Ronaldo with 52 goals in all comps and Kaka the Brazillian maestro with way over 25 assists I was in good stead for challenging the title however i proved to be wrong. My teams morale after 20 - 25 games seemed to dip significantly and we were not getting the sort of results we were after. After a wile i new that we had lost the title and that we would have to win the spanish cup. My luck was in and Bilbao knocked out Barca so i had an easy route to the final and ended up playing Real Sociedad in the final i won 1-0 but probably deserved to win by more.![]()
The season had passed and i was definitely thinking about bringing in about 3-5 more faces to add more depth and quality to the squad. Many signings were brought in during pre season but who were they ???
