Skins

I have downloaded skin and I don't know where to I put it?Help me!

C:\Documents and Settings\User Name\My Documents\Sports Interactive\Football Manager 2008\skins

If you don't have just make folder "skins" and go to perferances>display&sound> untick "use skin cache" and tick "always reload on confirm"

I have a question... how can I make the asists column appear on the team screen?
