Dude you already messed up the team, it doesn't matter who has more experience; De Gea's skill beats Lindegaard's experience. And seriously, Van de Vaart for 23.5 mil? He's worth only 15 at most in first season and 5 in the second, should have bought someone like Hamsik instead, or if youu wanted a leader by Raul from Schalke. I suggest you should stop rushing through your story and add some pictures if you want more comments.
Yeah De Gea gets plenty of experience when you play him in the United line-up. At this rate you have Lindegaard as your first keeper and Kuszczak you second keeper, and Kuszczak isnt very good.
Agreed you needed some creativity in the middle, but dude Van de Vaart is old. You cant play that much for a player who is barely good enough for our first squad. You shouldve bought someone who was younger, or someone who was cheaper!
As for good leaders, i agree with Orry. You have Vidic who is one of the best leaders in the premier league, followed by Ferdinand who is aklso a brilliant leader. Not to mention players with immense quality and experience like Giggs. You really really made a bad move making Va de Vaart your captain.
My suggestions would be to sell some players, and raise some money. Negotiate with the board and get them to increase the percentage you get from a transfer sale, and then with that cash, go buy some proper good young players. And change your captain back to Vidic or Giggs, regardless if it pisses off Van de Vaart. And recall De Gea if you can!

i have decided to agree with nakulp and put vidic back as captain. De gea will be back in the squad and will make his debut against my next team and i will get more money from the board and buy some new players so any suggestions

Bad result. Forgot to bring de gea back off loan so thats why lindegaard player. I was very unlucky with aston villa not having a shot on target all match and owning the posssesion.
