Do the arrows on the tactics exist guys as on some screenshots I saw them but I do not know how to do it. I mean when for example you need a LB to go forward and you put an arrow on the tactic of your team.

Convert the tactic to Classic. Beware that this can't be reverted and you can't set roles as Poacher or Trequartista, you'll have to do it manually (if Poacher has X player instructions and Trequartista has Y, and you are using a Classic formation then you'll have to move the sliders accordingly from X to Y).
