Football manager keeps crashing

Football manager keeps crashing in games I have to manually turn it off to do anything. I need urgent help plz

what have you tried to fix this so far? re-installed the game? updated drivers for gfx card?

I have re-installed the game, and I have updated drivers.

It has also done XML Parsing Errors but i deleted the settings like it said to do on the XML Parsing Errors thread, that also comes back sometimes i have to re follow the steps.
