2012-10-06 02:54#67096 adamcafc : hey, crewe fan here, after reading all about your journey on here etc with crewe, i have just got a new job myself and find myself with some free time and have started to play football manager again, and have started with the team i support mighty crewe alexandra, started off fairly well, won league 2 by 8 points and am half way through league 1 and i am joint 2nd in the table with a game in hand and still in 2 cups, i was just wondering on some advice on how i can find the best youngsters to hopefully take me to the championship I've looked through a few of the players you used during your league 1 season and can't seem to find a lot of them is the a particular bit I'm missing on the game while searching, what is the best country to look throughhi, i see you are doing good with Crewe as well

I hope you are using Nick Powell as a first choice starter in your team!
I used genie scout to find the best youngsters. Also, when i have targeted someone good, i tried using the press to praise them and raise my profile towards them so they would like me and want to come to Crewe.
the best countries would be the northern ones, denmark, sweden, norway and then italy and france. Players from the northern region would be easier to get to come to Crewe.
