Steam.exe (main exception): CMultifieldblob (pserialized): bad field - extends past end of blob

This error message keeps appearing everytime I try to launch Steam. Finding it very annoying that cannot use my game.

Any Ideas?
Try ending any peer blocker program you may have running.
Whats a peer blocking program? And how do I end it?

Not a computer whizz only use it to play Football Manager and go online.
You likely won't have a peerblocking program then.

Try this

Exit Steam
Navigate to your Steam installation directory. (C:\Program Files\Steam\ by default.)
Delete everything in that directory EXCEPT the following:
steam.exe
steamapps directory (All of Steam's game files are kept here.)

Restart Steam to test the issue

You are reading "Steam.exe (main exception): CMultifieldblob (pserialized): bad field - extends past end of blob".
