Taking Bristol to the top

Hi everyone i have just started a new FM 12 career with bristol rovers in league 2. My aim is to make them a premier league team with in 4 seasons. If i achieve this goal then my next aim will be to make it in to the champions league inside another 2 seasons. follow my career on youtube:
