what am i doing wrong?

ive got a really bad injury jynx with luis suarez.. in total he was out for 8months and 3 weeks in 2012 plus add on all the time he was getting back to match fitness.

im 24 games into my second season and he hasn't played a game yet. whats goin on?

ive introduced him into the reserves after injuries and gave him the odd 30-40mins when he's back in the first team and ive reduced his training level but its really annoying me now.

any tips?
What types of injuries is he getting? The tip does mention if a player is getting the same type of injury all the time e.g. working with weights injuries, you might want to reduce his load on that aspect. But you have reduced the workload.

I think it's really just bad luck. Had I been in your position, I would have done all of the above. Just take it slow, the odd 30-40mins.
its been mainly a torn calf muscle.. he's gettin back to fitness now and to be fair it weren't his fault because he was out for 4 months with a torn calf muscle he came back 60-65% fitness and he played an international for 80mins and tore it again.
