Ireland lower leagues

I was looking trough te editor trying to find a way of adding te lower amateur leagues in Ireland and I could not add them!

I don't really know what I'm doing wrong but I could do with some help! Can someone do this for me and upload the editor data!

Ive done all the Irish leagues down to local league IE my one North. i think there is 16 levels but don't quote me on that.
it played perfect on my old laptop but wont let me accept Ireland on new one and now i'm getting errors wit the cups saying 9 teams entered 0 on league.
if you know where im going wrong id gladly fix it and email it on to you
