XML parsing error!!

I keep getting it and after i sort it out, my games do not load even though i back them up, does anyone know what to??

Hi,
My name is Rui and i had some troubles with my fm 2012. Everytime I entered the game this message woud pop up as a xml parsing error!!! "not well-formed(invalid token) at line 1 of profile0.xml"
Does anyone knows how to fix this?
