the concept: I own the club, and give you the choices. The one reaction on the choice will be done, as long as it helps the club forward, NOT backwards.
When Buying players, I'll say 1 position, and scout all the players that are told. Than I give a choice between 3 possible candidates, first given answer will be tried to buy (or sell)
When making tactics: I give the choice, you give the answer
