Help- loan players

hey guys I am coming to the end off my first season with hibernian in the SPL and 7+ of my key players are on loan and i cant afford them.

What should i do? Please help (one thing) (Should i leave to go to another club if they offer me a job?

What are your finances like? I am sure you can find enough players on a free to make up for your first season, and why not loan another batch of players?

and if you get a job that offers you more and you feel comftable with moving then sure.

Yeah if you want. I try not to loan too many key players in cause it really weakens the squad unless you have good youngsters out on loan. If you're not bothered about hibs then yeah go for a better team
