Harry Redknapp has left Tottenham Hotspur and has been announced as the new England manger as Fabio Capello resigned. And PJ Grieve has today also been announced as the new "Spurs" manager. PJ's career ended short at the age of 26 through a nasty knee injury kept him out. He was a goalkeeper and he got 47 caps for his country Scotland. He also had a good playing career for teams Hibs, Celtic, Birmingham, and ended at Tottenham Hotspur

He has today stated that he is delighted to be hired. He also says that he will be looking into improve the squad with experienced and young talented payers. He also said that that he has interest in Glen Johnson. But nothing is formal at this stage.

Tactics
This i could do with some help from you guys with please. I do have a few ideas in mind but i would like to see your suggestions please.

Transfer Targets
I am looking at A new keeper, Central Defenders, Striker that will score, and a wide right midfeilder/ Attacking mid/ Winger. Your suggestions please.

ok consider getting rid of the deadwood. anyone you consider deadwood thats up to you maybe gomes should go. you can get some cash for him. keep friedel as number 1 and cudicini as backup. if you want then kranjcar and dos santos could be sold as well but if you have the update theres quite a few injuries so i'd keep all of your players just for the moment. who to buy with that amount of money i don't know. could get alex smithies from huddersfield? not to pricy
