Players unable to play due to work permits

okay so ive just moved club to southampton and ive just signed some players but it says theyre unable to play because of work permits...

anybody know how to sort this?

Please use appropriate titles for topics. It's likely you have a feeder club for work permit purposes and so you have signed players despite them being denied a work permit. You won't be able to play then until they become EU national or they get a work permit. You can either loan them out to the work permit feeder club (will take 3 years + to gain nationality) or keep offering them new contracts and hope they get a work permit.
