FM Editing- HELP!?

Hi guys, could really do with your help.
Editied a football team (transfered players etc) and Saved it in editor data.
Then when i start fm12 up and click start new game it comes up saying editing changes i confirm this ..but then when i obviously want to choose england as one of the nations.. (as the edited team is in this nation) but there's a big yellow exclamation mark next to it...no other nation.. just that one? PLEASE HELP :)!

The yellow mark is there because there is something wrong with the editor file. Hover your cursor over the yellow mark and it will give you an explanation of what is wrong.
