Portsmouth have finally got rid of all their debt, only problem is the owner, an oil-rich tycoon, has said he will only invest a significant amount of money if they manage to stay in the championship. The unnamed millionaire has improved the youth academy and training facilities and gave me a £5million budget, will that be enough to save them.
