hi! from my experience of fm, your ability to be a better coach in fm comes in time. from reading the storys on this community, and not only the storys, the various topics that comes up every now and then, i mean.. it took, i dont know how much time, but i play fm since fm2010 and my first league title came up with middlesbrough in fm12!!
and yes, i know everyone needs help. my cousin said that the 4-2-4 ross wonder tactic, that is here for download worked great for him, but i like my tactic, 4-5-1 rigid.

Bitch please play full back, wing back, winger, and winger strikers on both sides, and one midfielder on the very center and you can be undefeted for 10 games. Practically all formations can win you games, just the instructions that matters, of course you should use 2 central defenders but if your team is really good you can use the formation i mentioned earlier and drown the ball will completely belong to your team. And Sporting is right, when I came here I don't know little aboutt actics and player development and now people are asking me for help. Don't worry about lack of knowledge cos you practically learn a lot of things everytime you mess up.
