how the ratings are calculated?

i was wondering how these ratings are calculated, i already know which attributes for example are required for a good fitness coach, goalkeeper coach and etc, but i see that the genie scout also calculate the ratings for a manager, assistant coach, chairman and etc

but i was wondering how the genie figure these ratings, i mean the formulas

i thought that i should ask here before sent an email to genie
