How can I improve my Chelsea save??

Hi, I needed help on my Chelsea save, I have a strong team but I don't know how to improve it. My current team is as follows:

I just don't know how to improve it, I have a remaining transfer budget of £115 million, so money is no problem. Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks

Yes, resign from Chelsea and accept a job in the Championship league or below and don't cheat to get whatever players you want. Your save would be much improved and you wont get bored of it so quickly.

Terry and Lampard must be old by now, I'd sell them. yaya toure and cole too

I'd say there's not a lot to do here. Normally I'd suggest the priority if you're not winning is to make the back line, esp. the central defenders, as good as possible; while if you are winning and want to upgrade, you need to secure a dominant central midfield. But the way you're set up to play, with Hulk and Gotze as wingers, you have less room for a purely attacking central midfield type, else I'd look at players like Ganso, Pjanic, Pastore, perhaps paired with someone like M'Vila to hold the fort and win the ball.

But you don't say why you think it needs to improve, looks like you're doing well enough to lead the league and everybody playing ridiculously well (that "cheat" comment from Evo does have a ring to it)... heck, the easiest answer is go get Messi, right?

Just invest it on youth so you don't have to look for players in the future.

Can't really say there's much to do. You've got one beast team there, with Kyriakos and Luiz covering for Silva and Terry. Though you might want to get an accomplished DM to give you tactical options, and a strong BWM to backup and eventually replace Toure, perhaps along the lines of Javi Martinez, or Radja Nainggolan. But yeah, there's not much to do but watch your team hit the finish line each year.

When i Lose i Improve....
The Greatest feeling i get from FM2012 is when i lose the first 5 games.
Then get a Warning from the board,Saying Mr Fagan must win to safe his job.
Then u dig deep tinker with the tatic's players etc,then u go on a 8 game winning streak.
Then draw 2 then lose 2,the Board start with there madness again.
Have to mess with the Tatic's again....BRB.
Sorry i was just on the phone telling my 89 year old grandad,That the board is gonna sack me.
Then i manage to win the next 10 game's inner row,up to 8th in the prem.
I have to Qualify for Champions League or it's over.
I Manage Third behind Manchester U and City,But Before Everton.

My Reward for not cheating was a year extension on my contract,35 million and the state of mind.

Again I'll echo peoples point of view much like I did in one of my blogs, whats the point of doing somthing like that if you get bored that quickly its like you buying a game, only to not play it like it was designed to be played?? pretty much fm is a waste of money if you want to do something like that We are desinged as Humans to be challeneged, as it makes us stronger.

Thank you to everyone who replied, I went on and brought Javi Martinez for £20 million and played him in Champions League 1st knock-out round against Real Madrid. I played him as a an Anchor Man with YaYa Toure in BWM (we won 6-5 on aggregate). I then played him in the same position with YaYa Toure for my Champions League Quarter Final against Barcelona, (we won 7-4 on aggregate).

I am now in my next season and all my scouts have suggested Pastore as a good buy so I am looking at the possibility of buying him, but where would I play him and who would I drop??
