so i dont particularly have the HARDEST of groups but its not one to under estimate!
LYON and SHALKE can both do a good job.
a fairly equal grouping i think this year, with some obvious teams definately qualifying, there are plenty of teams in a group where its out of 2/3 of the other teams who come second, whereas in GROUP G for example, its quite easy to see that SALZBURG dont stand much of a chance and will most definately come bottom of the group!
Where is Group H? I thought there were 8 groups in the champs league?

PRE SEASON TRANSFER WINDOW ROUND-UP

A busy Transfer window yet again for the English Clubs with a total of £531m being spent.

Ibrahim Afellay made a free transfer from At.Madrid to Manchester United.

Manchester City & Liverpool went head to head for the signature of Kyriakos Papadopoulos, with Manchester City out-bidding Liverpool by a mere £500k for the right to claim him. £23.5m was the fee

League Cup winners Liverpool Signed "Wonderkid" Mugo Odhiambo From Olympique Lyonnais on a free transfer!

Strong Centre Back Phil Jones made a decision that Man Utd fans will not forget when he transferred to Strong Rivals Chelsea for an estimated fee of £10.75m

Chelsea saw Defensive Midfielder Oriol Romeu leave the side, to join LIGA BBVA side Racing, also on a Free Transfer

The Shiekh of Manchester was the Biggest Spender, pulling £91m out of his pocket.

Npower Championship side, Swansea were the Most Active side during the window, Gaining the Signatures of, no less that 15 players.

Crawley Town Signed 12 Players including, Strong Centre Back James Tomkins from Newcastle for £2.5m, a some what of a coup signing for Crawley Town as Junior Hoillett joined them for £20m, there was also a few "Future Stars" to join Crawley town, aswell as Experienced Full Back Gretar Steinsson for a mere £300 from Stuttgart, a loan of talented youngster Lars Sandhowe from Liverpool and 6 Free Transfers including Andy Hamel, John Flanagan and Experienced Spanish CM Raul Garcia.

ALL of Liverpool's signings were under the age of 21, all of which i shall be putting up links so that you can have a look and have your own opinion of them.
Jacare, Magnier and Puela look the pick of the bunch. Nice signings

i have a whole new youth team full of players like this, absolute brilliant i'll put some more on if theyre wanted?
Yeah why not lets see them :)
Crawley town:
Oldfield , O'Sullivan and chapman look like they could be awesome!

Liverpool:
Leroux,Prince, Graham and De Gaetano are the players id really look to focus on developing.

graham is already a good player playing for first team international alond with ray hardy, he scored 2 on his debut for england and plays well when he plays for me,

all the GK's need work except Hajji, he looks like hes progressing very well without any specific training,

Prince and Priest have come through youth, not bought... same as Oldfield and O'Sullivan for Crawley, very happy with some of them
Season 5 (September)

Liverpool
League Position: 2nd (18 pts) 1 Point Behind Chelsea
League Cup: Stoke City (28th Oct)

RESULTS
Vs Burnley (H) 2-0 Win (R.Shawcross, L.Suarez)
Vs Schalke (H) 2-1 Win (E.Hazard, E.Cavani)
Vs Peterborough (H) 3-0 Win (L.Suarez (2), N.Subotic)

Vs Tottenham (A) 1-0 Win (G.Bale o.g)
Vs Olympiakos (A) (CL) 3-0 Win (A.Peula, B.Ivanovic o.g, M.Hummels)

ONLY 1 Loss up to now in all competitions for Liverpool and that was my first League Game Vs My other team Crawley Town, But i havent really played any of the so called "Top Teams" except for spurs which was a lucky win with the only goal being an own goal from Bale

CRAWLEY TOWN
League Position: 5th (14 Pts) 2 Points behind Arsenal
League Cup: Loss Vs Blackpool

RESULTS
Vs Man City (A) 5-2 Loss (A.Faurlin, J.Tomkins)
Vs Wigan (H) 4-1 Win (J.Ayew (2), C.Gueye o.g, J.Tomkins)
Vs Blackpool (A) (Cup) 3-2 Loss (A.Faurlin, A.Hamel)
Vs Norwich (A) 1-1 Draw (L.Narsingh)

So only 1 Loss for Crawley Town too, Vs Man City who are title holders and BIG money spenders, so im just happy to have scored against them to be honest, a little disappointed with the draw Vs Norwich as they are bottom of the league as it currently stands.
Sitting ahead of Man Utd in the league table though is an Achievement in itself (for me anyways) so a pat on the back for Crawley.
