Extracting Genie Scout

Hi everyone. New poster here so be kind.

I have recently downloaded FM genie 12 but when I try to extract the files from the downloaded files, my computer says that there have been no files extracted.

I don't get an error message as such, just a new window saying 'file is empty'

Can anyone help, please?

I am using Vista.
