Work permits

I've started a new game with Newcastle, I want to bring in youth only so i'm trying to sign Carlos Fierro and Erick Torres. But their work permits keep getting rejected and it wont even let me appeal the decision.


Any ideas on how to get by this?

Not really, It depends on how much you pay for them and their prospective wages. Go for an already EU player if you need one, a good (IMO better) alterative to Fierro is Vaclav Kadlec
