Poll: Chelsea - The Mission Of Age

I am starting as Chelsea,My main mission is to win the league but with younger players.

My first part will to be bring them age down...

Is there any suggestions who to buy?

being chelsea there is no need for a big overhaul. you have some very good young players .

dont buy sime vrsaljko , cavani , romario, or any of the other usual supspects. i suggest cesar azpilicueta

I am going to use the same system as pep, direct with attacking and counter

I will also let the youth spend time in the main team

pep doesnt use direct . they play slow build up play with the aim of ball recession

I'd keep Lampard and Drogba tbh; I know you want to use younger players but the duo can provide vital experience and also tutor a few young players

could ask for the loan report and get the best players from there for 1 season. sell drogs and lamps and but good cm. and buy the time 1 season has gone you will get the amazing players returning from loan(the ones which chelsea have already loaned out.)

try ask the board to pay for 10-20m targets as well
