Best Way to Find Regens?

Pretty simple, on my second season with chelsea, got around 40 million in transfer funds and I've got a strong squad so I'm keen to buy all U18 players this window. Best way? I can't get the scout stuff since I'm on the new update on a mac

Well I would say Genie scout, but get good scouts and make them search Brazil or other good countries like Italy and Germany for u17s

just scout the main countrys, argentina/brazil/africa (south)/italy/spain, set your scout to look under the age of 18, and then manualy sift through the players collected, dont just look at the ratings as sometime the young player ratings are incorrect, look for stats like 'determination, teamwork, work rate, and physical stats, also if they have a collection of good stats at a young age then they will be worth a buy, also only spend a max of 3m on a player, as they can flop or go angry easilly

Haven’t the regents already signed for the clubs they came through by the time you have scouted and found the best ones?
