Finding new Assistant Manager?

Hi,

finding an Assistant manager is one of the hardest staff members to find in my opinion.

So was wondering what I should filter my search for when I'm looking for one to come to Arsenal?

What i use my Ass. Manager for:

- Promoting youth
- Talk to press
- Opposition instructions
- Match preparation training
- Arranging friendlies
- ++

What I'm looking for is an easy way of finding the really good Assistant Managers that are realistic for me to sign.

The only role I give my assistant manager is opposition instructions. I'm in control of the youth policy, talking to the press, match preparation and arranging friendlies.

The key attributes I normally look for are discipline, motivation and man management. I don't really worry about their tactical attribute because me and the first team coach handle that.

One assistant I do like is Steve Round at Everton but there are lots of good hidden assistant managers out there. Try looking at first team coaches, coaches and even youth coaches because some of these have very good attributes and would take the job too.
