Just wondering how everyone handles the fact that at the lower levels you seem to be always playing Sat - Tue - Sat!

One thing is for sure Wenger would not like to manage at the EVO Stik level with all the games we have to play.

But how does everyone handle this rigorous schedules do you rest players or just keep using them and hope they dont burn out ?
I use a large squad of at least 22 players and rotate them each game, this can be expensive in terms of wages but I fill my squad up with many youngsters on low wages who perhaps are not yet good for the first team but have the potential to play in higher leagues, they usually perform above expectations. Doing this means I have a fully fit 11 for each game and means the youngsters are getting the regular football needed for their development.
Cheers for the reply Evo, interesting idea i must say do you find that with you keep changing the team around that the players performances drop in some games etc??
I always change my squad. I play the 4-1-2-1-2 system and try to have a squad of 22 players with two players on every position. If more are injured I improvise and give always credit to some kids from the youth team. I always check the fitness levels and if a player is 85% or lower fit before a match for sure he won't be a part of the first 11. Dosen't matter if he is the best from the team. Only central defenders are jadded at my teams.
