Best Ways to find good Re-Gens?

I'm in the year 2021 (Addict) and I really can't seem to find cheap regens for under 5mil and have to fork out big money for them,can anyone please help me,Thanks.

I'm in the year 2022 and in my 5th season at Wolfsburg, as the money is always tight i invested in 16 and 17 year olds straight away (via info from genie scout) and now i have the best team in Europe as they are all reaching their potential. Though if you want players from outside Europe then you'll have to wait 'til they're 18.
