Help Training youngsters

Fellow FMers i was just wondering if there is anyway of improving a young goalkeepers aerial ability as that option is not available on the "individual Training" drop down menu?

If I am not mistaken, "Aerial Ability" will be the GK equivalent to "Jumping"

yeah i have put it on jumping, i just wondered if there was any othe rspecific thing to do, because i have a good youngster with good potential too but his aerial is only 10 rated

If he is very young he may just have a small stature. I have not had a very young goalkeeper yet in 2012, but sometyomes players get taller between 15 and 19. Perhaps he will naturally increase. I might be wrong if anyone knows that is untrue please be sure and let me know.

Guys jumping is how high can a player's head can reach when he jumps.
