The Start Of Something New

This will be all for my Manchester United career, in which I would buy lots of big stars (maybe one or two), and mainly focus on the youth players and signing many unknown places. I have a few players in mind for who to start or buy, but my squad list will change every day, so keep checking this out!

I hate everyone signing cavani, although I might buy Vrsaljko for the bench, just as back up. They won't be big at the club.
more people sing Vrsaljko. there are planty better right backs then him
I would buy Fellaini he is an absolute rock and he is definitely my un-sung hero. Just goes about his job quietly in a 4-5-1 formation so I can play him in his natural position which has worked so brilliantly for me. So yeah I'd get him.

Pre Season Results

Manchester United 1 - 0 Manchester United Reserves
Manchester United 1 - 1 FC Bayern
Antwerp 0 - 3 Manchester United
Manchester United 5 - 0 Malaga
Genoa 2 - 3 Manchester United

Not a bad pre season, worked much better once I played my strongest team with new signings, starting with the Malaga games. Would also like to point out some cracking events.. In the 5-0 thrashing over Malaga, the one and only Wayne Rooney scored all five goals to secure the win. In the 3-2 edged victory over Genoa, after having two players injured and a Genoa player sent off, Genoa scored in the 89th to make the score 2-2. But Nani didn't like it, and secured the win with a 30 yard volley in the 90+4th minute. Looking forward to the premier league now.

He's so good. I only just read this, but I've already bought him. £16 million, not too bad. All the signings in and out too come soon.

July Player Of The Month

Wayne Rooney

Playing in 4 out of the 5 games in July, Rooney picked up the Man of the Match award in EVERY game he played in, as well as a 10/10 rating vs. Malaga. To add to that, he has also achieved a 90% pass rate overall, and scored an astonishing 10 goals in just 4 games, including 5 against Malaga, as well as 2 against Genoa and FC Bayern, and scoring the only goal of the game against the United Reserves. Average form: 8.72

The First Of Many?

4-4-2
De Gea, Evra, Ferdinand, Vidic, Vermijl, Nani, Carrick, Keita, Young, Rooney, Hernandez.
Subs Used: Valencia, Welbeck, Jones

Rooney 13(p),90+1 Nani 59
Toure 45+1

United were able to lift their first piece of silverware thanks to a Rooney double and a Nani header. Although United were missing two key players, and recent signings, Fellaini and Felipe, after Richards foolishly took down Hernandez in the box, there was only one outcome. A penalty, tucked in the bottom corner by the July Player of the month. However, just before the half time whistler Yaya Toure pulled one back for United. City wasted many chances, dominating the game, until Nani scored a header for an Ashley Young corner on the 59th minute. It was still anybody's game though, until Rooney headed home another goal on the 90+1st minute to secure the victory.

Manchester United 3-1 Manchester City

Captain For 2011/12 Season

The captain for the upcoming season will be Nemanja Vidic.

The vice captain for the upcoming season will be Patrice Evra.

First Game, First Win

4-4-2
De Gea, Filipe, Ferdinand, Vidic, Vrsaljko, Nani, Carrick, Keita, Young, Rooney, Hernandez
Subs Used: Evra, Welbeck, Valencia

Hernandez 3 Rooney 15 Young 45+2

The new and improved United squad eased to victory with three first half goals, and debuts for 5 players! In a game which produced an astonishing 7 yellow cards by Mike Jones, who had previously never given a booking in 6 games this season, Hernandez was on top form early on, burying the ball in the Fulham net after just three minutes. Rooney wanted to carry on his amazing goal streak, and so he did, followed by Young securing the win just before half time. The win puts the Red Devils top early on in the campaign.

Manchester United 3-0 Fulham

(Young and Hernandez featured in the Team of the Week)

Two-ttenham Hostpur

4-4-2
De Gea, Filipe, Ferdinand, Vidic, Vrsaljko, Nani, Cleverley, Keita, Young, Rooney, Hernandez
Subs Used: Evra, Welbeck, Vermijl

Kaboul 6 Van Der Vaart 56

United couldn't reach the standard of Spurs, with an early goal on the 6th minute, making the battle into a war for United - a war they lost. United were simply outplayed by Redknapp's 11 and have now fallen to 8th place, while Tottenham move up to 4th.

Manchester United 0-2 Tottenham Hotspur
