Good players needed for York City

Hi everyone, I've started a season with York City, just about to make my managerial debut, I have already signed and loaned out a couple of promising players ie. Jamil Adam, Jeremy Helan. I need some advice on any good signings, preferably free agents as I've been given £0/15,000 p/wk, not a lot to go with i know but any advice will do, thanks
