Need Help For A Noob!

Hey,
I only got FM12 last month, so far I have gotten with Athletic Bilbao 2 second place in la liga.
I wanted to know if there are any good mods out there, like logos, faces, teams, competitions, and also if someone had made a mod that had the Spain divisons in them!
