Can't save Short-lists

Hi Everyone,

I want to save short-lists for players/Staff etc to use in Genie Scout but I can't. Sure I have the 'Short-list' button on the right and when I click on it, there are my 'Players' saves and they are correct.
When I open Genie and try to find them, I can't.

Trust me when I say, 'I followed this advice exactly.

I can tell you it does not work for me. Does this advice really work for everyone?
Also, when I want to save a Staff short-list, there is no Save short-list button where the one for Players is.

Please help but remember, I'm old and not too clever with computers.

I did manage to get it to work for myself. I saved the shortlist i made, loaded my saved game into GenieScout and then i loaded in the player shortlist. And no, i don't have a button for saving a shortlist for staff either

Yes I opened the file 16 to 18 but the ages were ALL ages not 16 to 18.

Were your ages correct?
Could you check please?
