do i have to watch and control u18 squad???

do i have to watch and control u18 squad??? need to know because I hate how much longer it makes the game last, if not is there any way to have have the assistants put the lineup together?

Of course...you can change everything in Team Policy settings..there you can choose who should control this team..if the team should play the same tactics as your first team (I highly recommend it) etc...
