Possible Young Defensive Midfielder

I am on my third season in my arsenal save and I need a dm that will just protect the back line and break up attacks. My budget is 30m. Ideally i would like a 3.5 potential rating at least.

I was thinking I should have song along with another dm.

probably M'Villa
but Kara is very cheap and he will be great in 3-5 years

i will go for M'Villa if need immediate effect
