How do I improve finishing?

I am playing with Liverpool and I am being let down by my strikers, they just struggle to put the ball into the back of the net. I mean, in one match I had 18 shots and 3 on target. I am playing two men up front, Suarez and Carroll. Occasionally if one needs a rest Marc-Antoine Fortune will play. I have spoken to them about their finishing in private chat, I've put their individual focus as finishing and I have just made a new training program for them which is highly shooting intensive.
Any tips?

all i want to say already said , private chat / put finishing on their individual training , therefore , change your tactic may be the only solution

I'm having the same problem but recently after having private chats with Suarez and Carroll they performed quite well for the next two matches. I'm into my third match after having that private chat with them and I'm hoping their form can continue.
